The Naval Forces reported the conduct of 'anti-diversions training' in occupied Crimea. These exercises serve as a cover for the filtration measures carried out by the Russian authorities.
The goal of the filtration measures is to identify citizens with a pro-Ukrainian stance, said the spokesperson of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk.
Recently, the occupiers in Crimea announced the conduct of anti-diversions training. However, such measures are usually a cover for actual filtration operations.
During these training exercises, Russian military personnel check cars and phones, explained Pletenchuk.
Therefore, one must be very cautious, especially concerning our citizens who remain patriots of Ukraine.
The spokesman for the Navy expressed doubt regarding the statements of the occupying authorities about relocating one million of their citizens to the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
