Zakharova criticized the US call for a ceasefire, blaming both Kyiv and Washington.

Russia reacts to the US State Department's statement on the continuation of the 'Easter ceasefire'.
Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, reacted to the US State Department's call and accused Ukraine of violating the ceasefire and using American HIMARS weapons.
M142 HIMARS is an American multiple launch rocket system. It was developed in the 1980s based on the M270 MLRS system.
It has advanced missile weapons - guided and unguided, with a range of 45 km and 277 mm caliber rockets. The HIMARS platform carries 6 unguided rockets that can hit targets at great distances.
'The Kyiv regime did not adhere to the ceasefire even on Easter and used American weapons,' Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
Earlier, the US State Department stated that they welcome the continuation of the one-day Easter ceasefire, although the Kremlin denied its order.
The State Department spokesperson confirmed that they had seen President Putin's announcement of a temporary ceasefire for Easter.
He emphasized that the US continues to work towards achieving a complete cessation of hostilities in Ukraine.
On April 21 at 00:00, Putin's 'Easter ceasefire' ended. We remind you how it all happened.
