According to the Law 'On Road Traffic', individuals starting from the age of 16 are allowed to obtain licenses for categories A1 and A to operate mopeds and motorcycles. When contacting the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a package of documents must be provided, including a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a medical certificate of health, an individual taxpayer number, and a driver's license of another category, if available.
