Catch Up in 45 Days: Some Ukrainians Will Be Able to Resolve Issues with the TCC and Mobilization.


Ukrainian parliamentarians, together with Davyd Arakhamia, have submitted a draft law to the Verkhovna Rada, which provides a 45-day period for violators of the mobilization legislation to regulate their status during employment at critically important enterprises.
This draft law also provides for the possibility of temporary 'booking' of military personnel working at critically important enterprises who have issues with document processing or unknown military data.
Control Over the Term and Conditions of Work
As for the conditions of the probationary period, restrictions of up to 45 days are also being considered, however, employers will not be penalized for hiring such employees. The procedure allows for the possibility of extending employment without automatic dismissal after the end of this period.
Due to the importance of promptly engaging employees in critical areas of the economy, this draft law could help address the issue of staff shortages and labor shortages.
The draft law on mobilization and employment presented in the Verkhovna Rada provides for a Time limit on resolving the status of violators of the mobilization legislation, as well as the possibility of 'booking' military personnel at important enterprises. This step could help fill the labor shortage and address the problem of workforce deficiency in the country.
