In Dnipro, restrictions have been imposed on cars with loud engines or exhaust systems without noise-absorbing devices. The police can now fine car owners who do not comply with the new requirements. Possible violations should be reported at number 102.
These restrictions remain in effect until the end of martial law in Ukraine, which has been in place since last year. During this period, driving tests for obtaining 'mechanical' licenses have also been canceled.
