North Korean military temporarily withdrew from the front line in Kursk after significant losses — media.

North Korean warriors have temporarily retreated from the front in Ukraine in the conflict on the side of Russia. According to Ukrainian military reports, this may be due to a break for the treatment of the wounded or waiting for reinforcements.
It is also likely that the North Korean soldiers are studying their mistakes made during clashes with Ukrainian forces. However, the Ukrainian military believes they will return to the front soon.
Soldiers from North Korea were unaware of the threats from drones and artillery, and thus attacked in large groups, making them easy targets, according to a Ukrainian military official.
Despite the losses, the North Koreans are highly motivated and continue the offensive, not leaving their comrades on the battlefield, but taking them to safety. DNA samples are taken from the killed soldiers to later confirm their participation in the battles in the Kursk region.
There is poor coordination between the North Korean military and the Russians due to language barriers. According to a Ukrainian military official, intercepted radio communications indicate that the North Koreans accidentally attacked Russian positions.
Soldiers from North Korea had impeccable appearances, were shaved and groomed like models. They all were clean-shaven with no hair sticking out, making it hard to gauge their age, but they appeared to be between 25 and 35 years old, possibly up to 40.
