The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Bohdan Drapiatyi, commented on the new legislation regarding the sale of used cars.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Law No. 9083, which simplifies the process of selling used cars through business entities, was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in its second reading on December 17.
'An owner wishing to sell or exchange their car through a dealership deregisters it, after which the dealership sells and registers it to a new owner without intermediate re-registration to itself,' Drapiatyi explained the essence of the new law.
The law will come into force the day after its publication.
Recall that drivers were explained why patrol officers look over their shoulder after stopping a car.
