Ukrainians Allowed to Shoot Down Russian Drones: Who Can Volunteer Without Mobilization.

Groups will consist of members of voluntary formations of territorial communities and individuals with certificates for unmanned aerial vehicles. Volunteers participating in the project will receive a salary of up to 100,000 hryvnias per month, which will be allocated from local budgets.
