Ukraine risks losing its main trump card in future negotiations – CNN.

According to CNN, Ukraine is in a difficult situation in the Kursk region, which may worsen peace negotiations in the future.
The Ukrainian military in the Kursk region is in a difficult position. Four settlements have been captured, and a raid by the Russians has been reported through a non-operating gas pipeline. Support and assistance for the Russians are actively coming from North Korea, as confirmed by one Ukrainian serviceman.
If the Kursk region is returned to Russia, its forces may be directed to eastern Ukraine. The Ukrainian army has already lost most of the territory of the Kursk region. This gives Russia an advantage, according to Ukrainian bloggers. However, the effectiveness of this operation in the negotiations is questionable, notes Ukrainian military blogger Serhiy Flash Beskrestnov.
Ukrainian airborne troops blocked the exit from the tunnel and destroyed 80% of the Russian special forces that were moving along the branch of the gas pipeline in the Kursk region. The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the situation is under control, and the information about a massive breakthrough by the Russians on the Sumy border is false, and that the Russian special forces are suffering significant losses.
