Trump named possible date for ceasefire in Ukraine.

Special envoy of US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, believes that a complete ceasefire can be achieved within a few weeks. He expressed this opinion in an interview with Fox News. 'I think a complete ceasefire can be achieved within a few weeks... I believe Putin is acting in good faith,' he stated.
Witkoff also reported that the next round of negotiations between the US and Russia will take place on March 23 in Saudi Arabia. The main topic of the meeting will be details of the agreements regarding the ceasefire in Ukraine. He also hopes that a meeting between Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin will take place.
Witkoff also expressed hope that Ukraine will agree to cease strikes on energy facilities and targets in the Black Sea, which Trump and Putin discussed. 'Both aspects of the truce have already been agreed upon by the Russians. I hope the Ukrainians will agree with them. Of course, there are some details to work on, but it will all start on Sunday in Jeddah,' added the special envoy.
Witkoff did not specify whether Ukraine would be present at these negotiations, but informed that the US delegation will be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine would provide allies with a list of targets that Russia should not strike.
