TCU will be punished for arbitrariness: lawyer severely criticized the methods of 'mobilization' in Ukraine.

Lawyer Marina Stavniichuk claims that no law allows the TCU group to act arbitrarily.
She emphasizes that these individuals must understand that they will be held accountable.
Mechanisms of accountability for TCU actions
'Indeed, the system of laws on defense, martial law, mobilization, and mobilization activities provides mechanisms. However, no law has allowed the TCU to behave in the way they do. These people must realize that sooner or later they will be held accountable. One cannot hope for dictatorship during martial law,' she noted.
Marina Stavniichuk sees the need for strict order related to mobilization processes in the country.
Mobilization and its importance
'Mobilization is not only reorienting the economy toward a military path but also mobilizing finances and all sectors related to it. After this, it provides an opportunity for the replenishment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, it is impossible to justify trends related to illegal restrictions through the legal regime of martial law,' Stavniichuk explained.
The lawyer emphasizes that lawmakers and the president must work according to laws that ensure the legal regime of martial law.
'If some mechanisms are lacking or need development - parliament is constantly working on this, so please, improve them. But the arbitrariness from the TCU occurring today is unacceptable,' added the lawyer.
