Quick strawberry dessert like from an expensive café - better than cake.

Ingredients:

• butter (cold) - 150 g;
• flour - 300 g;
• baking powder - 5 g;
• egg - 1 pc.;
• sugar - 100 g;
• salt - ¼ tsp;
• cold water - 1 tbsp (if needed);
• sour cream (20%) - 400 g;
• eggs - 2 pcs. (large);
• sugar - 100 g;
• vanilla sugar - 10 g;
• cornstarch - 40 g;
• strawberries (fresh or frozen) - to taste.

Preparation

For the dough, mix butter, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until you get a crumb. Add the egg and quickly gather the dough. If the dough turns out dry, you can add a little cold water.

Place the dough in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, form the sides 3 cm high, and put it in the refrigerator.

For the filling, mix sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch. Add the eggs and sour cream, and mix well.

Pour the filling over the dough and top with strawberries (do not thaw). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 40-50 minutes. After baking, leave it to cool completely so that the filling sets.
