The article begins by stating that Ukraine and Russia have conducted a prisoner exchange, returning soldiers who had been in captivity for two years. Among those released were defenders from various regions of Ukraine, and President Zelensky emphasized the importance of continuing exchanges until all Ukrainian prisoners are returned home. An agreement has also been reached to impose sanctions on companies related to the production of Russian drones. The resolution also covers Chinese companies that have circumvented sanctions and supply equipment to Russia. Additionally, an agreement has been achieved between the IAEA and Russia regarding the launch of energy blocks at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, but IAEA experts demand resolution of issues with cooling water and electricity before launching the reactor. The oldest released from captivity is 60 years old, many of them have been in captivity since 2022. A group of unmanned systems forces has also been formed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to enhance management efficiency and implement a 100-day development plan for the USF.
