The European Investment Bank is conducting an assessment of the pilot project for social housing in Ukraine. The first agreement is expected to be signed in 2025. The bank is collaborating with the Ukrainian government to explore the technical and economic aspects of the project, as well as aligning it with European experts. The pilot project will allow for testing the effectiveness of setting up a system of social housing and subsequently scaling it in other communities. The JASPERS advisory assistance program is an important tool for preparing projects in the housing construction sector. Ukrainian partners are actively collaborating with JASPERS experts to implement best practices in this field. This pilot project is an important step in the development of social housing in Ukraine and will contribute to improving living conditions in various municipalities across the country.
