Russia forms a new army headquarters near the border with Finland - WSJ.

Danish intelligence presented a report indicating a possible start of war between Russia and Europe within 5 years. Russia is strengthening its borders in the east and reforming its military structure in preparation for this. The Russian government's plans include the construction of new barracks and warehouses for the army, as well as improving transport vehicles.
