Russia announced that its army advanced near Toretsk and Pokrovsk: what ISW analysts are saying.

Russian troops continue the offensive towards Toretsk and Pokrovsk. According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the occupiers are successfully advancing to the northwest and southeast of both settlements.
ISW currently has no confirmation regarding the advancement of Russian troops towards the western outskirts of Toretsk. However, reports from local military bloggers assert that Russian forces are actively clearing positions on the western outskirts of Toretsk and pushing Ukrainian troops from certain areas.
Russia claims that this is necessary for further advances on Konstantinivka, which is located to the northwest of Toretsk. According to ISW, fighting is ongoing around Toretsk itself and to its west near Shcherbynivka.
Additionally, Russian troops continue their advance to the southwest of Pokrovsk. They are pushing Ukrainian forces out of Novotroitske and continue to move west of Shevchenko, south of Lysyanka, up to 700 meters south of Dachenske, further south of Pishchane, and up to 800 meters towards Novoolelivka and Ukrainka.
ISW currently cannot confirm these statements.
Ukrainian defenders continue to repel enemy attacks on all fronts. Over the past day, there were 183 combat encounters.
The situation is most challenging in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions of the front. Russian occupiers have also become more active in the Kramatorsk, Toretsk, and Vremivka directions.
This entire situation is unfolding against the backdrop of an ongoing war that has already lasted for 1029 days.
