Gas workers' agreement: a new service for consumers

In 2025, some consumers will be required to make an additional one-Time payment for natural gas. This is about a new maintenance service for gas networks in residential buildings (the third gas bill).

What Gas Networks offers consumers

The Ministry of Energy has introduced mandatory maintenance of internal gas networks in Ukrainian homes to enhance safety. Specialists from the gas distribution company have ensured the maintenance of the internal gas networks of the building.

The company stated that this year alone, over a thousand apartment buildings in the Kyiv region have been inspected. Specialists found 10 gas leaks in each building, underscoring the importance of maintenance.

Payment rules for the new service

In buildings where maintenance of communal gas pipelines has been conducted, residents will receive bills for the services rendered. The one-time payment will need to be made every three to five years depending on the periods of operation of the building's networks. This is provided at different prices, depending on the number of apartments and the length of communications.

• Payment of bills using details or via QR-code.
• Payment can be made at a postal office, online via 'PrivatBank' or at any financial institution's branch.

Gas Networks specialists also provide other services for consumers, such as winter preparation and issuing debt certificates from Naftogaz.
