Olexandr Usyk's wife, Kateryna, who is the world champion in heavyweight boxing, shared her experience in the family business. She emphasized that she does not want to repeat the mistakes of Artyom Milevsky, who lost everything. Kateryna even mentioned the amounts they lost due to disloyal partners. She pointed out that she only works with familiar people who value their family's work. It was also reported that Olexandr Usyk plans to demolish his old house in Vorzel, which previously belonged to Russians, due to its poor condition and negative history.
When asked about politics, Usyk stated that he does not see himself as a politician and wishes to dedicate at least another 40 years to sports. However, he expressed his willingness to become the Minister of Sports in Ukraine, but does not aspire to be a politician. Additionally, it was reported that the fight for the absolute world champion title will take place in Great Britain.
According to the ranking of the highest-paid athletes for 2024, Usyk ranked seventh, earning $122 million. He is also the holder of the WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBO titles.
