What is the purpose of the certificate of absence of gas debts and how to obtain it
The gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine explained how to use the certificate of absence of gas debts and how to obtain it. This was reported by the company's press service.
In the modern world of utility services, documents play a significant role in regulating interactions between suppliers and consumers. The certificate of absence of gas debts is necessary for obtaining subsidies. It is also required when changing the property owner or during its sale and purchase. This document confirms that the client does not have any debts to the gas supplier.
At the same Time, the company noted that the process of obtaining the certificate from Naftogaz of Ukraine is very simple. It can be done through the following methods:
- In the personal account – my.gas.ua
- In chatbots on Viber and Telegram
- At self-service terminals: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, EasyPay, City24.
It is also possible to visit the nearest partner office or client service center of Naftogaz of Ukraine in person with the following documents:
- passport or ID card;
- EIC code number or personal account number.
