Road blockage in the village of Iza due to the delivery of priests to the military enlistment office
On Sunday, September 22, in the village of Iza in Transcarpathia, believers of the Khust diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate attempted to block the road, and part of the parishioners protested in front of the district Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC). This happened after two priests - brothers Vasyl and Stepan Guk - were delivered to the military enlistment office. This was reported by Zaxid.net.
The police of the Transcarpathian region reported that a group of people moved along the pedestrian crossing in the village of Iza in Hustschyna for some Time. At the same time, there was no complete road blockage. Police crews were working at the scene.

"No reports of bodily injuries or other illegal actions were received," said Anna Dan, spokeswoman for the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Transcarpathian region.
Meanwhile, the Khust diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate called on their believers to pray for cleric Vasyl Guk. After he and his brother - priest of the Odessa diocese of the UOC MP Stepan Guk - were delivered to the TCC, parishioners came to the walls of the recruitment center, knelt, and began to sing prayers.
The protest of the believers of the Khust diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate continued until Sunday evening, when the priests left the district TCC premises.
Recall that on September 18, the Security Service of Ukraine came with an inspection to the Sviato-Vvedenskyi men's monastery of the UOC MP in Kyiv.
