King Charles's Butler Revealed What the Monarch Actually Eats.


Grant Harrold, a former butler to Prince Charles, shared that the king would not refuse his favorite dishes if they were offered to him. In an interview with Express.co.uk, he mentioned that there's nothing unusual about the king's diet and he wouldn't turn down a beer or a burger.
Working for the royal family, I realized that there’s nothing unusual about their eating habits. The king wouldn’t refuse a burger, and he wouldn’t refuse a beer either.
Harrold also revealed that the king consumes both traditional and modern food, and some vegetables are even grown in his gardens.
He loves vegetables and has a garden in Highgrove. Vegetables are always on his menu. If he wanted a snack, he wouldn’t sit with a bag of chips.
These details about the king’s diet became known after he started eating avocado at lunch on his doctors' advice.
Now the king eats half an avocado to sustain himself throughout the day. This is especially important if you are under the weather.
