Income up to 50,000 UAH and reservation — who is in demand in July.

In July 2025, job vacancies with the possibility of reservation from mobilization to the Armed Forces appeared on Ukrainian job portals. The most offers of this kind can be found in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

This is evidenced by information from one of the job search websites.

Which vacancies provide reservation and salary ranges

According to the website, the largest number of vacancies with reservation are among blue-collar professions, for example, for laborers or loaders. The average salary for such positions can reach almost 50,000 UAH.

Among the most popular vacancies in July are:

• laborers — with an average salary of 26,000 UAH;
• manufacturing workers — with a salary of 30,000 UAH;
• drivers — with a salary of 38,000 UAH;
• packers — with a salary of 15,800 UAH;
• loaders — with a salary of 26,000 UAH;
• baristas/barmen — with a salary of 19,500 UAH;
• builders — with a salary of 47,500 UAH;
• salespeople — with a salary of 22,700 UAH;
• security guards — with a salary of 19,100 UAH.

The number of people looking for jobs in reserved vacancies has significantly increased. For example, if a year ago about 140 people responded to these vacancies, now there are already 6,100 people. The salary for such workers has increased overall by 11%.

There has also been an increase in job offers for drivers (from 480 to 5,500), but the salary level has decreased by 15%, and for loaders (from 110 to 2,100), the salary has decreased by 26%.

Reservation situation in regions

In total, the most job offers with reservation in Ukraine are in five regions:

• in Kyiv — 1,200 vacancies with an average salary of 31,200 UAH;
• in Dnipropetrovsk — 488 announcements with a salary of 25,000 UAH;
• in Lviv — 210 vacancies with a salary of 30,600 UAH;
• in Kharkiv — 151 offers with a salary of 29,000 UAH;
• in Odesa — 149 vacancies with a salary of 24,500 UAH.

The highest average salary with the possibility of reservation in these regions:

• in Rivne — 40,000 UAH;
• in Volyn — 38,000 UAH;
• in Zakarpattia — 35,000 UAH;
• in Ternopil — 35,000 UAH.

The demand for jobs with the possibility of reservation in Ukraine is growing; information from one of the websites shows that the average salaries of such workers are also increasing. The largest number of offers can be found in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and the labor market is gradually adapting to the conditions of martial law in the country.
