Experts note that the cost of this crop increased even before the harvest began due to limited supply of feed wheat and high demand for it.

'Price increases were also supported by other markets, where prices for food wheat and feed barley also rose', - explained the specialists.

How Much Does a Ton of Feed Wheat Cost

According to the Tripoli.land portal, feed wheat prices continue to rise with the beginning of summer.

As of Friday, July 11, the average price for a ton of feed wheat was 8,904 hryvnias. This is the highest figure in the last eight days.

It is worth recalling that in 2025, due to unusual weather conditions, farmers in Ukrainian regions faced problems with rapeseed cultivation.

Experts also predict changes in bread prices in Ukraine. This aspect is also important for consumers who should be attentive to the development of the price situation.
