Egg prices have sharply increased before Easter: ATB pleasantly surprised with prices.

Stores have already begun changing the prices of eggs, especially before Easter when the demand rises. The ATB chain has lowered the price of unpackaged eggs.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the average price of a carton of eggs is about 73 UAH. However, by purchasing unpackaged eggs, one can save a little money. In ATB, the price for bulk eggs has decreased from 5.79 to 5.49 UAH per piece.
ATB also offers the cheapest packaged eggs at 67.50 UAH, and with a discount, for 63.40 UAH.
Before Easter, an increase in egg prices by 10% is expected. However, after the holiday, prices may decrease by 20-30%.
The main reason for the price increase is the rise in costs for electricity, heating, and poultry feed in March.
It is predicted that in a month the price for a carton of first-class eggs may drop to 50-60 UAH. This will happen due to an increase in the supply of farmer products to the market.
An expert also predicts further price increases before Easter.
